These terms apply to your use of featurefinishes.co.uk. By using the website you accept them. They do not cover flooring, plastering or decorating work, which is always covered by the written quotation and terms we provide before any work starts.

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general guidance only. Descriptions of materials, timings and suitability are general and may not apply to your space. We confirm what is right for your project at survey and in your written quotation.

Some images on this website are design visualisations created to show how our finishes can look. They are not photographs of specific completed projects unless stated. Colours and textures vary between screens and between batches of natural materials, which is why we provide physical samples before you decide.
Estimates and quotations
Any estimate given from photos, by phone or by WhatsApp is an initial guide only. A fixed price is only agreed in a written quotation following a survey.
Intellectual property
The content, design, text, logos and images on this website belong to Feature Finishes Ltd or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal use, but you must not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. The Xtreme Polishing Systems and Ox Resin logos belong to their respective owners.
