Turn a dusty, stained concrete slab into a seamless, showroom-style garage floor. Flake and metallic resin systems that shrug off oil, tyres and spills, and wipe clean in seconds.
A resin garage floor is an epoxy or resin system bonded to your diamond-ground concrete slab, finished with flakes, metallic pigments or a solid colour and sealed with a hard-wearing topcoat.
Unlike garage floor paint, which sits on the surface and can lift under hot tyres, a properly prepared resin system bonds into the slab and forms a thick, seamless layer that seals in concrete dust and stops oil and fluids soaking in.
It is the finish of choice for car enthusiasts, home gyms, workshops and anyone who wants their garage to feel like part of the house.
Built for cars, tools and daily life, and good enough to show off.
Fluids, salt and grime cannot soak into the concrete, so the floor stays looking new.
Bare concrete sheds dust constantly. Resin locks it down for good.
A ground and primed resin system bonds into the slab instead of peeling under hot tyres.
A lighter, reflective floor brightens the space and mops clean.
Flake texture and anti-slip aggregate for wet shoes and tyres.
A finished garage feels like extra living space, not a dumping ground.

Most garage slabs are cracked, stained and dusty. With the right preparation, every one of them can become a seamless resin floor.

Garage floors are priced on size, slab condition and the system you choose. Here is what makes the difference.
Single, double or triple. Set-up costs are similar, so larger garages cost less per square metre.
Oil contamination, cracks, old paint and uneven areas all need preparation first.
Damp slabs need a moisture-suppressing primer for the resin to bond properly.
Solid colour, flake and metallic systems use different materials and layers.
An empty garage on day one keeps the job quicker and simpler.

Ask a questionFor most homes, a properly prepared resin system is the best long-term garage floor. It seals the concrete, resists oil and spills, copes with tyres and is easy to clean. Flake finishes are the most popular because they add grip and hide dust.
It depends on the size of the garage, the condition of the slab, any moisture and the finish you choose. Send us photos on WhatsApp for an initial estimate, and we confirm a fixed written price after a free survey.
Yes, for durability. Paint sits on the surface and can peel under hot tyres and chemicals. A resin system is applied to ground, primed concrete, builds a thicker seamless layer and lasts far longer.
Hot tyre pick-up is usually a sign of a thin coating on poorly prepared concrete. We grind the slab and use systems suited to vehicles, which is what prevents it.
You can usually walk on the floor within a day or so of the topcoat, with vehicles allowed a few days later once the resin has fully cured. We confirm timings for your system.
Yes. Oil is degreased, the slab is diamond-ground and cracks and holes are repaired before any resin goes down. That preparation is what makes the floor last.
Flake finishes have natural texture, and we can add anti-slip aggregate to the topcoat for extra grip with wet shoes or tyres.
Flake is the practical favourite: grippy, forgiving and great at hiding dust. Metallic is the showroom statement. Many clients choose metallic for show garages and flake for everyday ones.
