A Romford team that started on the trowel over 20 years ago and now creates luxury floors and walls for homes and businesses across Essex and London.
Feature Finishes began with plastering. Two decades of skimming, rendering and hand-applied Venetian plaster taught us one thing above all: the finish is only ever as good as the preparation underneath it.
That obsession with surfaces led naturally to microcement and resin. Today we lay seamless microcement floors and walls, metallic, flake and quartz resin floors, resin countertops and polished plaster, alongside the plastering and decorating that started it all.
We are certified by Xtreme Polishing Systems on completion of their epoxy training course and have completed Ox Resin’s City & Guilds assured epoxy and metallics programme. Every system we lay is prepared and applied to the manufacturer’s method.
The people who survey, prepare and finish every floor and wall, from the first sample to the final inspection.
The standards behind every floor and wall we finish.
We survey, test for moisture and prepare properly, because that is what makes a finish last.

One standard of finish, for your home or your business. Whether it is a family kitchen in Hornchurch or a salon floor in Shoreditch, it gets the same survey, the same preparation and the same care.
Floors for the way you live. Quiet, seamless finishes that make a ground floor feel bigger and a bathroom feel like a hotel. Warm underfoot with underfloor heating and easy to keep clean.
Floors that work as hard as you do. Hygienic, hard-wearing resin and microcement that look sharp to customers and stand up to daily trade. We plan the work around your opening hours wherever possible.
Romford based, on the road to wherever your floor is. From Essex villages to the heart of London. If it is on the radar, we can be there for a survey, and we are always happy to look further afield.
Also working in Upminster, Gidea Park, Billericay, Basildon, Grays, Chigwell, Epping, Stratford and Canary Wharf.
